History:

 

J&A Accessories was created after requests for the Knight Rider lights started coming in December of '02.  What started as just a cute little addition to my own bike, turned into something truly unique that hadn't been available up to that time, and the orders started coming in.  Eventually, customers started asking for additional features, such as multiple flash modes, connection options, etc. that were later incorporated into the current versions.

 

We pride ourselves on being truly "customer-centered" and will do whatever we can to fill your needs.  Whether it's a custom switch panel assembly, a special mounting bracket for a new radio or gadget or whatever else comes to mind, we're open to doing whatever we can to make it happen for you.

Warranty Policy

 

We don't believe that anyone should be afraid of buying anything from us, so we offer a 90-day "no-hassle" return policy along with a one year parts and labor warranty on all of our manufactured products. 

 

Any items sold by us but manufactured by others will have their manufacturers' own warranties, per their published policies. For example, the RAM mounting hardware has a lifetime warranty on all of their products and the warranty exchange process is handled by the supplying dealer (simply return it to its place of purchase).  Garmin, on the other hand, has a one-year warranty period, but any warranty issues need to be handled by Garmin directly.
